Here is a list of all the things a participate at SuperCon 2010 get JUST FOR ATTENDING:

 

-FREE GOODY BAG which will be filled with coupons, free gear, and other items. Here is a small list of items that will be present in the grab bags: coupons, gamestop swag, vitamin water swag, etc

 

-FULL ACCESS to the artist alley, workshops, panels, exhibits, casual gaming areas as well as allowed to participate in ANY of the free contest of your choice throughout the entire SuperCon weekend.

 

-FREE FOOD such as Hooters wings compliments of Hooters

 

-FREE vitaminwater throughout the entire weekend

Pre-registration (General Admission):

 

-PC gaming is limited to 100 spots so pre-registrating is the ONLY way to guareetee a permanent spot at SuperCon. People will have the ability to come at the door to see if there is any open spots available

 

-There is NO REFUNDS of any kind on registraton to SuperCon 2010. All sales via pre-registration or paying at the door ARE FINAL

 

Venue Fee ( Pre-registration for tournaments):

 

• From March 8 - June 30
  • -$20 per person (Weekend Pass for Console play) - Console Pass
  • -$30 per person (Weekend Pass for Console/PC play) - Console and PC pass
• From June 31 - August 6
  • -$30 per person (Weekend Pass for Console Play) - Console Pass
  • -$40 per person (Weekend Pass for Console/PC Play) - Console and PC pass

 

Note: You must pay your venue fee online to get the pre-registration rate. Signup online AND NOT PAYING ONLINE DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE PRE-REG RATE

• $20 per person (One Day Pass with no NVGA Championship / PC tournament(s))
• $30 per person (Weekend Pass with no NVGA Championship / PC tournament(s))
• $40 per person (Weekend Pass with any NVGA championship tournament(s) )
• $50 per person (Weekend Pass with PC tournaments/Console Play)
• Children under 10 years of age get in FREE.
• Note: All children under the age under 10 must have parent supervision in order to attend
• Note: Those children that are 10 and under must pay their pot fee to participate in a tournament

Tournament Fee Pots:

 

Note: To participate in any tournament will cost $10 per tournament i.e. if you plan to play in Street Fighter 4 and a PC game your pot fee would be $20 total

• All Fighting Games (Single): $10 per player

• HALO 3 (2 v 2): $20 per team

• Smash Bros. Brawl / Melee (2 v 2): $20 per team

• Call of Duty : Modern WarFare 2 (2 v 2): $20 per team
• PC Gaming: $10 per player
• Note: There is not pot fee for StarCraft 2 tournament. Win prizes!!

  • Under 100 per player - Top 3 (1st - 60%, 2nd - 30%, 3rd - 10%)
  • 100-200 per player- Top 6 (1st - 40%, 2nd - 30%, 3rd - 15%, 4th - 5%, 5th - 5%, 6th - 5%)
  • 200+ per player - Top 8 (1st - 30%, 2nd - 20%, 3rd - 15%, 4th - 10%, 5th - 10%, 6th - 5%, 7th - 5%, 8th - 5%)

  • Under 32 per team - Top 3 (1st - 60%, 2nd - 30%, 3rd - 10%)

Overall, your tournament fee will be the Venue Fee + any Tournament Fees. The pre-registration will include all the details to your purchase to make the preregistration process painless.
