SuperCon Room Arrangement Tips:

• Try to room with a group of people instead of just yourself. This way you can get share your experience with your friends/family the entire SuperCon weekend and it makes getting a room a lot cheaper.

 

• Room with people that are dependable and you know. You don't want to room with people you think might no pay you the money for the room, destroy the room or will not respect your wishes in the room.

 

• As the official hotel for the SuperCon we suggest everyone to stay at this hotel because it provides the transportation for you to attend Supercon, it's right downtown near all the fun and exciting parts of Denver and it's only 5 min from the event.

 

Travel Arrangements Tips:

 

• Use the shuttle service from the airport to get you to the event area. This will allow you ride with other participants to the event and makes the ride expense cheaper. Below is a list of options for travel to get to and from the airport:
  
  • -Super Shuttle
  • -Taxi
• Note: NVGA or Cutthroat Staff will not be picking anyone up from the airport or any other location. Please make sure you make personal arrangements if possible.
  

 

• Plan your flight correctly. The venue is 30 min away from DIA airport so make sure you pick a flight to give you enought time to attend the event.
